How do I order online?

Navigate to the page that contains the information or item you wish to purchase. Look at the navigation on top. Click on the item Desired . Select the wristband you are interested in. Select color, quantity and printing option if you see one. If you do not see a printing option that means that product does not offer printing.
Click Add To Cart
Click Continue Shopping (if you need more products) or go to Place Order

How do I order over the phone?

To place an order over the phone there is a $15.00 customer service fee and you must complete the terms & agreement with Credit Card Authorization. All phone orders are processed within 24 hours depending upon how soon you can get the documentation and approvals back to us. You will be taken to a page with instructions and link to download the form to fill out.

Do the Wristbands and tickets come numbered?

Tyvek wristbands come sequentially numbered in the box.
Vinyl and Plastic Wristbands are not numbered Thermal tickets are not numbered. Most people customize the numbers on the thermal tickets for print jobs.

What are the Specs for the Logo printing ?

For print jobs please send logo in black and white FORMAT 300 DPI.

The ink colors we supply are Black, Blue, Purple, Green, Red, Pink.

when you choose logo printing in the cart you will be able to upload the image on the same page. You will see "Upload Artwork"

1- For most products we print custom print in one color
2- We have a product called "3/4 Tyvek Full Color" This product must be emailed or phone in.
3- We do not offer proofs online. If you need a proof we must take a phone order and have you fill out forms and extra fees apply.
4- When you purchase custom print online and you order text print, we copy paste exactly what you put into the shopping cart. We have the right to use two lines if your print job is long and takes up to 5 1/2 inches. We try and make the text as big as possible.
5- When you order logo online there is a "Submit Artwork" button,supply us with your order # and attach your logo with any instructions you have. Please keep in mind if your logo is full color and you do not purchase the full color product your print job will be one color only, either black, Blue, Red, Green, Pink, Org

For our full color logo printing please send 300 DPI or more with a color logo .

We can not make a black and white logo full color. Your logo must be in full color. Full color orders must be done via the phone or email.

How do I add my text for print jobs?

If the wristband can be printed on you will see a box that states "Inscription" type out your text exactly how you want it n the wristband. If you do not see an inscription box this means the wristband can not be printed on.

Are there any set up fees?

On Custom print for Vinyl and Plastic we charge a one time plate fee of $79.00.

There are no set up fees for Tyvek only print charge fees per box.

How do I delete an item from the shopping cart?

If you shopped for an item and want to delete it just press on "update cart" on the bottom of the page . If you picked more than one item and just want to delete an item not the entire order ...you must be on the update cart page this is where you can see the what you ordered.

You will be able to delete items here or add more boxes to your order.

How do I change the shipping method?

At the end of the check out page Our shipping methods are UPS Ground Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day and Overnight. We do have the right to use Fed/EX depending upon location. Usually Florida, GA, SC, NC, VA, AL, KY go UPS. All other states Fed/Ex. Puerto Rico and. Canada UPS Standard Ground this takes 5 to 7 business days.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO Boxes. .

Do you offer Saturday /Overnight delivery?

SATURDAY:
We do not presently offer UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery as an option online. If you really need a Saturday delivery call 888-746-8882 and we can place the order for an additional fee.

OVERNIGHT:
Most orders placed after 1p.m will not be shipped until the next business day. We offer overnight online for Business Days Monday through Friday. You must call corporate at 888.237-4687 if you need SATURDAY, there will be a rush fee for all overnight orders.WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO Boxes.

BLIND SHIPPING: WE DO NOT OFFER BLIND SHIPPING ONLINE**YOU MUST CALL THE ORDER INTO CORPORATE**EXTRA FEES APPLY

What shipping method do you use to ship internationally?

We presently offer UPS and Fed/Ex International as shipping options ( you will see something different on the check–out page due to the Shipping String we use for cost.. Delivery charges are calculated based on the combined weight of items ordered and where it is being shipped to. Delivery charges can only be determined after we receive your order. Some countries are not pre-calculated on-line. If you notice a 0 (Zero) balance on shipping, you will be contacted via email with the correct shipping cost. WE CAN NOT PROCEED with the order until we get approval via email from you.

What is your turn around time?

Most orders placed after 1p.m will not be shipped until the next business day.

If you need to have the order go out please call us to see if its possible....

Ground shipping takes 3-7 business days depending upon location.

3 Day Shipping - 3 business days.

2 Day Shipping - 2 business days.

Overnight - 1 Business Day. If you order is placed after 1pm and its a print job please call us to see if we can ship it same day 888-746-8882.

Do you process large quantities?

Yes, we do larger quantities. If you are looking to buy more than 50 boxes (50,000) please call corporate at 888-746.8882 or email pulseraspapel@gmail.com

 

How Can I get a sample pack?

Keep in mind you will receive your sample pack in 7- 12 business days USPS.
Please let us know the Type of wristband you are requiring, specify the wristband you are most interested in, the color, the size and the product code if desire. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST to send you ones that are requested. We can not always do this due to stock.
