UPS and FedEX determines shipping days as "business" days; Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included.

Most orders are processed as soon as received Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm Eastern time. This does not guarantee same day shipment.
We strive on getting the orders out same day if we have the stock and there are no issues with credit cards, art work etc.

Online orders are processed through our secured site and server. A Handling fee is included with the shipping price at check-out.
